I work with most clients from one to three years. Face to face coaching is done in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand (unless agreed otherwise).
I work with people who:
- Are inspiring, have a real challenge and are ready to make a bigger impact
- Are coachable
- Understand the power of commitment to their word.
All compensation is paid prior to the first coaching session unless otherwise agreed, and is non-refundable. If you choose to stop for any reason, all compensation will go directly to a charity of Chris Wattie’s choice.
My coaching is not for the faint hearted.
I love the experience of being with another person in the space of created trust, commitment and vision. I am constantly amazed at what gets generated when people sit together, speak and listen from a space of safety and honesty. There is nothing quite like creation. I love what I do and I love those I do it with.
It has been my great privilege to personally coach a wide variety of extraordinary human beings. I have worked with individuals as young as 18 and as old as 81. I work with individuals or groups. I’ve worked with royalty, billionaires, CEOs, entrepreneurs, farmers, leadership consultants, coaches, counsellors, teachers, vets, medical professionals, accountants, tradespeople, businesspeople, engineers, creatives and resourceful students.
